The TEKKEN 8 all characters roster started with 32 fighters at launch. With multiple Season Passes released since then, the total playable roster has grown to over 40. Here is the full list with details on who is new and who returns.

Base roster (32 characters)

The base roster includes series staples like Jin, Kazuya, Paul, King, Nina, and Law, plus newcomers like Azucena (a Peruvian coffee heiress with a kickboxing style) and Victor Chevalier (a French special forces commander using a knife and gun). Every returning character got new moves and Heat mechanics.

DLC characters

Bandai Namco has released multiple DLC characters through Season Passes. Eddy Gordo returned in Season 1 with a reworked Capoeira moveset. Lidia Sobieska came back in Season 2 with new stances. Kunimitsu arrived with her ninja tools. The crossover character Yujiro Hanma from Baki joined in Season 3.
